Summary of Changes to Deed
Restrictions
Many of the changes to our Deed Restrictions were made to conform to Texas State law and concide with City of Sugar Land Ordinances. Others were for clarification where the current documents were vague and some changes addressed updated technology or to reflect modern lifestyle trends. This summary may answer some of your questions.
2026 Amended Deed Restrictions
The amended Deed Restrictions are below for your review. The HOA will be scheduling periodic Special HOA meetings in the coming months at the Sugar Land Branch Library to answer any questions homeowners may have. A Notary will be present if you wish to vote by signing your Consent Form at that time. There will be no charge for the form to be notarized.
Written Consent to Amend Deed Restrictions
The consent form below must be signed and dated by the homeowner in front of the notary. Signing this Form is a YES VOTE. Blank consent forms will always be available at any scheduled Special HOA meetings and can also be acquired from any Board Member.
