The Covington West Homeowners Association customarily has one (1) meeting scheduled per year for the Annual Meeting & Election.  It is held in the evening during the week in the month of October.  Due to the fact that the three (3) board of director positions - President, Treasurer, & Secretary  - have overlapping two (2) year terms, an election will be held every year.

Additional board or special meetings can be scheduled throughout the year based on need.
