Meetings
Any scheduled meetings will normally be held at the SUGAR LAND BRANCH LIBRARY located at 550 Eldridge Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77478, in the “Meeting Room”.
The Covington West Homeowners Association customarily has one (1) meeting scheduled per year for the Annual Meeting & Election. It is held in the evening during the week in the month of October. Due to the fact that the three (3) board positions - President (Director), VP-Treasurer (Director), & Secretary (Director) - have a one (1) year term, they all will be up for election every year.
Additional board or special meetings can be scheduled throughout the year based on need.

Special HOA Meeting with Notary - Discuss Proposed Deed
Restrictions
Met with the Board and Governing Documents Committee to discuss changes, amendments and updates to Deed Restrictions. Notary was present at no charge for those that wished to vote.
Owners were directed to download a copy of the new Deed Restrictions from the Proposed tab above.
