Paul Clayton has served as Vice President-Treasurer since 2024. He previously was a member of the Architectural Control Committee & ran his own business prior to retiring.

Barry Young

President

Barry Young has served on the Board since 2001 and has a yast knowledge and historical background on the HOA process in our subddivision.

Donna Goll

Secretary 

Donna has served as Secretary since 2024. She previously managed the HOA email account & assisted that HOA Board as well as overseeing the Subdivision's FB page.

Architectural Control Committee

Linda Murdock, Dixie Spurling and Dale Ward serve on this Committee.

Julie Osborn is NEWSLETTER editor,

manages Halloween and Christmas 

decorating contests, decorates front sign for Holidays & oversees National Night Out (NNO).

Deed Restriction Committee

Karen Robertson has chaired this

Committee since 2024.  She solely handles all deed restriction issues with 

support from the HOA Board.
