COVINGTON WEST SUBDIVISION
is a Deed Restricted Community consisting of 156 single family homes with a nearby City Park located on Mason Rd at Greenway Dr.
It is governed by a Homeowner’s Association (HOA) with 3 volunteer Board Members & an active Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and Deed Restriction Compliance Committee. There is an Annual HOA Maintenance Fee due & payable by each homeowner EVERY YEAR ON JANUARY 1st. The subdivision email, covingtonwesthoa@gmail.com, is the official communication between the board & the residents.

Paul Clayton has served as Treasurer since 2024 after previously volunteering on the Architectural Control Committee.

Donna Goll has served as Secretary since 2024 after previously volunteering as the subdivision Email Coordinator & the residents' Facebook Administrator.

This committee operates under the authority granted in the Deed Restrictions and Guidelines, which establishes design standards to maintain visual harmony and prevent unsafe or destructive work.

With authorization from the board, the committee is responsible for upholding community standards and protecting long-term property values by overseeing, monitoring, and enforcing compliance with the established Deed Restrictions and Guidelines.

Social Communications Committee
Committee Chair & Newsletter Editor: Julie Osborn.
In addition to Newsletter responsibilites, she plans, organizes, & coordinates community events to help neighbors connect and build a welcoming neighborhood. Some of these events include holiday decoration contests, Night Night Out (NNO) block parties, & community garage sales. She also is responsible for decorating the Subdivision sign for the holidays.
